Sri Sri RakkenHo

Origin & Founder

RakkenHo (楽健法) was developed by Yugen Yamanouchi, a Japanese monk and healer. The word “RakkenHo” combines two ideas:
Raku (楽) – ease, joy, relaxation
Ken (健) – health, vitality
Ho (法) – method, way
So, RakkenHo means “The Way to Joyful Health.”

Yamanouchi believed that healing is not just a physical process but a sharing of kindness and compassion between people. Through simple, mindful techniques, RakkenHo makes wellness accessible to everyone, regardless of age or condition.
